Our Custom Signage Process

Getting a new sign is an exciting prospect and a fantastic investment for your business. When it comes to creating a new sign or upgrading an existing sign, we try to make our process as simple as possible.

  • Quote – Every new project begins with getting a quote. The more information you provide regarding your project (size, install location, photo of where sign is to be installed, etc.), the faster we can provide a quote. For most larger-scale projects, we tend to request a site meeting to get a better idea of the production and permitting requirements for your project.

  • Permitting – Depending on the size, design, and location of your sign, we may need to apply for permits from the city or county. This is typically only required for lighted signs, but every city has different rules and regulations. If your sign does not require a permit, we will move on to the production of your sign.

  • Production – Once the required permits have been secured, we can begin production on your sign. This not only includes the design and fabrication of your sign but also plans for installation. Production times can vary depending on the type of sign you have requested. We will send you updates throughout every phase of production for feedback and approval.

  • Schedule – As we approach the end of production, your project manager will reach out to schedule the official installation date. Once a date has been confirmed, your installation will be added to our calendar and your sign will be prepped for transport to its install site. Your project manager will provide instructions for preparing for the install day.

  • Installation – On the day of the installation, our technicians will arrive early to prepare the site and install your new sign. We may request that a space be partitioned off for our technicians when dealing with larger exterior installations that require bucket trucks or other vehicles. Final payment is due upon completion of the installation.

We require a 50% down payment to begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

Average production time for most projects is 2 weeks.

90% of installs will be done on the same business day. Larger projects that require numerous signs to be installed, however, may take an additional day.

Please let your project manager know ASAP if your scheduled installation date will not work for you and we will do our best to reschedule.

Yes, all installs are covered for 2 years if there was an issue with our install, and not the building or other outside factors.
